well have you ever skied before? becasue its a little bit different than snowboarding. i made the switch last fall and its one of the best decisions i've made in the last year. invaders are a good choice and dirt cheap too. i see then for 239 at backcountry right now. ask around for here for codes and you might be able to get them for cheaper.

get something wider than invaders, try anthems or blends, in the low 170s size, trust me, they;ll still be fun in park, but you'll appreciate the extra width if you build any BC jumps are get some pow days. and they;'re more stable for big jumps.

trust me in this, im from stevens pass, so i know what conditions you get, and you will definitely appreciate a wider ski. look into the anthems for next year or possibly chronic blends (this or next years) or sprayer bcs (any year), or even a smaller size of MSP.

more of a versatility thing actually, but the added stompability is a bonus.

As far as skis, Get Armadas or 4frnt's both are great, all the models are good, just get a nice long pair
Bindings: I have look P14's, they are alright, sorta outdated
Get 4frnt deadbolts or Looks

i broke my fujis in 2weeks and 1 day, so those wouldn't be a good choice. and i know someone who's had invaders everday ive seen him at the hill this year, which is like 40+. if you're skiing park, pick up a pair of the older model look p12s (or rossi axial 120, though not axial 2), the old pivot heel is the most consitent and one of the best park bindings, the new PX heel seems to be more standard skiing based, and releases much easier with impacts (aka landing jumps). also you won't need more than the 12 DIN model as you aren't very big, so no need to spend more.
