OLD COMPUTER GAME HELP!

Alright, the enigma thread brought back memories and I need help. There is this game where this little guy ran around and killed aliens I believe. It had a ton of different levels and he would pick up different guns. The dude was ALWAYS tiny, large head I believe. In order to get to the game, you had to go to MSDOS mode. The game was not duke nukem or doom. Help?

I always visualize duke nukem as the game where you see the gun in front of you. I can't believe I forgot about this one.
