That was quite a bit better than my first 5. My first 5 was on a tiny kiddykiller and I penciled it out to death. Just keep doing them and you'll get better and better.

that was actually a really good 540, the first 5's i did were similar to yours but i kept double ejecting from being too far forward, which it looks like you were a little forward. from there think about getting on an even axis, so think about punching across your chest at an even level as your popping/setting the roatation and that should get you nice and even balance. everything else looked nice, you spotted your landing and put the landing gear down.

thanks. yeah it was wierd cus i learned my 3s the day before and for some reason, once i realized i need to POP before i spun, it got reallyy easy to do spins. i just had to commit. i thought it would be more penciled out though.

next time you go now, you know what to do and try to add a grab with it, the thing with spinning with grabs is to think about setting your spin into the grab. best thing to start is mute or safety, if mute kinda pop and set your spin going into mute by getting low and have a solid pop off the lip.

ha yeah i was def pumped. specially after all the shit my dad was giving me saying if i messed up i could mess my knee up and end up in a wheelchair for the rest of my life...

yeah i still have to put grabs into my 3'ss sooo haha ill work on that.

dont stand so straight in the air. start doing some easy grabs like mutes or safetys or whatever to get lower and try it on a bigger jump.

Pretty damn good for a first one, my biggest problem was stomping switch and actually committing the full spin. Just get that grab and it'll be dope.

good job dude, Once you get to a bigger jump you can bring your knees and legs up and do some steezy grabs. My first 5 was shitty. I overrotated a 3, my poles got caught between my skis and when I tried to get my poles out, it caught my ski and brought it around to a 5. when i landed, I was like wtf? I did a 5.

when you land don't bend down at the wasit that will kill your back try using your knees about 100% more to absorb the landing
