How do you dis-assemble turntable heels?

Alright, I've got some Look ZR's that I wanna try to use, but before that I need to take them apart and look them over, make sure the insides aren't all messed up or anything, cause these are pretty old. And on the sides where the heelpiece meets the metal bars there are some little plastic/rubber rings that are cracked, so I want to replace those if I can get the pieces and get them apart.
Does anyone have this knowledge or acess to an old Look shop manual with instructions?

They should be the same as FKS heels, so you can use the tutorial over on TGR. However, I would be cautious about taking apart old bindings because of a few small plastic tabs that would likely break in the process. If you can get them on skis in the condition they are in right now it would be good to play it safe.

Thanks man, I should've specified that I don't need to take apart the actual turntable assembly (even though the title of this thread would suggest otherwise) I want to take apart the rest of the heel, check the DIN spring and that sort of thing...so really I want to know how to get the plastic part (DIN window-area) off the lower metal part of the heel...hopefully without breaking anything. I might end up getting some FKS 155's anyway, but these are the 13 DIN with the multi-directional toe, so I wouldn't mind putting them to use if I can, but I'd like to replace those broken rings if possible, I don't even know if they do anything, but I don't like the idea of them being broken.

zrs are so sick
i sniped some off of my dads skis and they kill it.
the din spring should be fine if they were stored with the spring turned down. i dont know about those plastic rings but it looks like you can just slide that plastic piece right off the dildo.

That's what I was thinking too, but...I dunno.
On the old Salomon's I have, if you keep unscrewing the DIN screw, it just comes out, but the screw on these tightens up at the end and I don't want to keep unscrewing it and break something.
