i dont understand why a lot of the general public can never take responsibility for their actions. they either blame someone else for their problems or blame the government. theres case has recently arose where some guy is trying to sue the government for his gambling 'addiction', and he claims that the government didnt provide him with sufficient rehab (i cant think of the correct name off hand). if this out-of-control lunatic wins the case, it sets a precedent which will eventually send the entire human race downhill. i honestly cant imagine what kind of a fucking dumbass would try to blame the government for his gambling addiction, but he should just be shot. simple.


*note* im not 100% sure if my info is correct, but i will try to find an online article explaining it in more depth.

ya, people who sue for things that are either their fault or nobody's fault at all are stupid. Like this chick who sured a resteraunt after she slipped on some water that she had thrown at her boyfriend 30 seconds earlier, or the guy who crashed his Winnebago because he thought it had 'Autopilot' which was really only cruise control. He set the cruise control and went to the back to make cofee. Well, obviously he crashed, but now he's suing for his own fucking stupidity? what the fuck is wrong with some people? If you're gonna sue, dont come up with some stupid fucking excuse.

ya it bugs me when people can't admit that they're responsible for their own lives. Like all those people who are sueing fast foot restaurants because they're overweight. that's just sad.

i agree with that totally, or the best one is, the chik that sued a boating company, because her husband drowned by not wearing a life vest. PPl like that, and there lawyers should be dragged out into the street and shot.

I don't think it's macdonald's fault. I mean people choose how much they eat and what they eat. ya it wont hurt to have a burger and fries every once and a while, but you can choose how much of it you eat and how often.

years ago some lady tried to kill herself and jumped in front of a subway train and lived. then sued them and won for somewhere around 10-12 million dollars. people need to take responsibility for their own screw ups.

The best one was when the guy sued is neighbor because he ran over his hand with his car. The neighbor's defense was 'I didn't realize he was stealing my hubcaps at the time.'

McDonalds needs to get sued off their ass. people have the right to sue...me personally would NEVER do it...but let people do what they want.

another example is a theif sued his neighbor because one night, he went into their backyard to try and break into their house and jack some stuff, slipped on a skateboard that was lying there, and cracked his skull.
