Need help on windows movie maker PLEASE

i looked in the searchbar and couldn't find anything about what i need help on. I've got all my video files imported and i don't know how to trim the clips. The HELP feature doesn't help at all. anybody want to explain how to trim the clips?

on the sides of each clip there are little arrows, scroll over and click and you can trim em
