Need help with picture

I have a couple of pictures I'd like to put up but the size is too big and I have no program that will shrink them. any help would be appreciated, just pm me.

Microsoft paint.
couldn't get much easier than that.
open your image in Microsoft Paint, go to "Image" on the tool bar, then "Stretch/Skew", and then type in like 50% width 50% height and it will shrink it by half.
