Replying to really wierd people

my dad friend and i went to loveland after 2 feet of snow one day in april...the was an 18 wheeler stuck in the road. Well some guy was just walking on the other side of the road and said to my friend an i 'so are they shootin the sisters or just fixin the fuck ups'

so i tried to explain to him what was going on but kept on laughing, so i just ended up running away mid sentence
