hahah any idiot with a razor blade can make one, cut out where you want paint to go, easy as that.  let your imagination run wild

to make a good one the secret is to not lift the razor up during the cutting out process. this way you get zero little errors all along the side.

just put and image in photo shop,get it the size you want, get rid of the color or set it to print in black and white on heavy paper or thin cardboard then cut it out with a scaple you steal from your school or just like and exacto knife that they have at all craft stores thats the easiest way to do it
