actually you have the wrong i'm pretty sure. When you sleep your vertebrae stretch out, when you stand up all day long gravity is working on your spine and compresses it as well as the cariledge (sp?) in between.

no, definetly made up. do the math. 9 years out of 45 years is 20 percent of the time. 20 percent of a 24 hour period is just less than 5 hours. its 4 hours and 48 minutes every day. the average american doesnt watch tv 4 hours and 48 minutes of tv every day.
