how do you bio spin

I was trying on my tramp, could someone take my step by step of the trick?

1. find a video of someone doing a bio (crs segment in sm3)

2. watch carefully

3. go outside and do a bio

I found it easier to do it off a ledge onto matrasses, i couldn't do it on a tramp for a while

look at your feet when you spin. That might make you go bio.

is that right? Sometimes when i look down when i spin i fall forward and it hurts. I figured if he did it on purpose it might work like a bio.

a bio is an uninverted misty flip, or a forward cork. if you have a diving board, try it on that its way esier for some reason. or do what that person said and jump off like your picnic table onto a matress. they are esier to do when you are just falling down and not going up or down. once you get it just falling try the tramp then hopefully you can take it to skis. go to skiingmotion.com and find a vid of any one of cr johnsons bio's. he does em the best as far as im concerned. hope that helps, rock on.

Think of running up to a bed and rolling over it on your shoulder/side and backwards off the other side - that's the motion of it. Just throw your arm across and down to start doing them.
