Red bull rough cuts

Hey, I dunno if any of you guys have heard of Red bull rough cuts, but it's a contest where they send you a tape with an hours worth of footage on it and a cd with a few songs to pick from. This year they had footage of Ryan Sheckler. On April 1st, 25 edits will be put on www.redbullroughcuts.com to be voted on, then the top 5 will be shown to Ryan Sheckler and he will pick the winner. Hopefully I'll make it into the top 25, then top 5, and maybe win... who knows

The footage was decent, I doubt they were his best shots. I was going for more of a biography style edit to kind of show who he is as a person. All the edits I have seen so far have just been skating and have no interview or lifestyle shots, which is really boring.

just search red bull rough cuts on you tube. There are some pretty sick ones from last year, they had ski footage.

ollllld thread. This contest ended mid summer, my entry went no where. I dunno when the next one starts, I'm guessing this coming spring?
