well, personally im kind of a brand whore and i would go with armada. you may want to look at the scratch bc though. i think ill be on them next year for big mountain.
If you are 50/50, I would seriously consider the Armada ARV instead of the AR6. A little wider, a little more stable. Yes, they're soft, however I pinned a pair up to about 40mph and felt solid. They also just blast out of a turn.
but my mountain isnt huge so when i say all mountain it doesnt mean much...but i think armada might be the way to go..help me out some nsers and let me know what u all think.
these 2 skis are hard to compare but i love my BC's i also like he fattys so soild on landings and soo stable on rails... There is my input i would go with the BC over the AR6 i have both and perfer the BC's
well i didnt mention that the ar6=250$ and bc=220 with binders but used. im not sure on which still im torn between these two. will ar6's hold up on all mountain like groomers and pow skiing?
any ski that isnt over 100mm under foot will be stable on groomers.. and any ski is a good pow ski, the fatter is just more effortless..and 80mm under foot like 5 years ago was considered a pow ski..
my friend has the bcs and he thinks they are too much for park ( i htink unless he changed his mind) and the ar6s will hold there own all mountain. so id go with the ar6s
