since your tips are fatter you want to land really far forward so that you can utilize the shape of the ski to get better float.

depends of your height and speed. landed in middle of skis on a 35 footer...landed 1 out of two, but mad pressure throwing me forward. the faster the higher= lean back, the snow will get you straight,...assuming you have a decently steep landing. and keep your legs tight. if your all jell-o, you will fall
