Our filming crew is heading to St Anton for a week, from 31.03 to 07.04. Can anyone tell me what are the powder conditions? We hope we will be able to film some freeride footage and we are thinking about building bc kickers and drops from the clifs. Is the snow fresh and deep or a litte bit old and crusty? Me and my friends are still thinking what skis should we take to St Anton. Do you think all mountain skis [just like Armada ARV or Scratch BC WRS] would be ok or big mountain skis [Gotama or Atomic Thug or Jp vs Julien] are not practical for current snow conditions?
