I could use a little help with my 3's

alright, so after a hard day's work i finally got my 3's down. which is a good thing, I just seem to have a slight problem. at my hill there's this run with two "jumps", one which launches u pretty much straight into the air and u can get mad air off of, and another which is like a step up with two different jumps (one smaller one bigger). thing is, i can easily do a 3 off the step up, but when it comes to hitting the bigger jump before the step up i always land backseat when i come down from my 3's. can anyone help?

the lip is probably throwing you backseat since you said it booted you up there...so compensate for that and lean slightly forward

when u feel ur self coming around ty to bring the arm you used to huck back in front of you, so like, if u spin to ur left, and throw left arm or shoulder behind u, bring it back in front when u finsh the spin
