Mini blacklight for car

its a mini blacklight then its hook up to a switch and then two wires run out of the switch a red and a blakc where can i put these to get it to light up in my car.. its like 9 inches long

you can put it anywhere that has a power...red is positive and black is a ground

what he said, find a power source that is live off the ignition and tie the red wire into it, ground out the black wire on the frame somewhere, make sure you scrape the paint off first etc.  Black lights add like 15 rice hp, per light, underglow +50, should make your ride mad tight yo.
