when i get really really mad, i yell at people(in my whole life the only people i've yelled at have been my mom and best friend sarah), but then i feel bad afterwards...otherwise, i go out running, skiing if possible, or driving...or i cry..it really all depends if i'm PMS'ing or not tho..

sometimes I go down to my basement and hit the punching back a bunch...I usually end up with a pretty raw hand.

My brother punched a hole in the bathroom wall once. My dad screamed in rage when he saw it. It was pretty funny.

I play guitar as hard as I can untill i feel better. that usually works good. I just make it up as I go so it turns out to be a half hour anger song. then it turns into a happy song at the end.
