Replying to Bad times with weed

ok. so last night was the first time I got really stoned. I was hot boxing with some friends and when we went back to sneek back into our house I had to sit outside to get off some of the smell. In the mean time. my throught is starting to close up from the smoke hurting it so i can hardly breeth. now im out side and i just start getting cold and begining to shiver all over my body. Does the weed just amplify your feelings so like if im sad weed makes you very sad? I don't know if any one else has had their throught almost  close up. I dont have asmthma. Do you thing i had an allegic reaction?
