i think the judging worked OK.
the problem is how to judge style. how FIS is doing it on snowboard is pretty good i think. like the article says, it works as good as the X-games judging.
has anyone ever been happy with judging in a FREEstyle-sport?
to judge big comps you have to have points in some way. maybe if there is to athletes you can say yeah he was better than him but if there are a hundred...
he was better him but worse than him, hmm show me the video of that guy so i can compare...
that way the results might be finished just in time for the next olympics.
but that doesn´t matter that there is still a lot to change within FIS...
