Wow I just discovered them and I must say I love their songs. If you like anything kind of U2ish (hate comparing artists but hey) you should definantly check'm out

deftones are nothing like u2, yes the deftones music up to about minerva are all good and the lyrics are pretty deep

Listen to Deftones - Mein, then listen to U2 - Still haven't found what I'm looking for, they sound alot alike. This is why I hate comparing groups.
