you're talking about the crispy chicken ceasar. thats cause ceasar dressing is very fattening, and the cripsy chicken is deep fried with a breaded crust. its still better for you than a big mac, different kinds of fats. but i was referring to the jack-in-the-box chicken salad. which comes with light ranch dressing and diced grilled chicken. so its actually really good for you.
hate to be a know-it-all, but I'm pretty concious of food and what's in it. I have a low metabolism by genetics so i have to watch what i eat and work out a lot more than the average joe.
Before college I probably ate their anywhere from 5-10 times per week. Then I went to college, got poor and I eat there once every... two to three weeks. Use whatever one helps your deal more.
i eat fast food like every day, if youre counting pizza, almost every meal... i work at a pizza shop and there shits good, as are fried goods.....sometimes i just cant stop.....thank god for a quick metabolism
