Replying to North Carolina Skiing

I am thinking about going to UNC Charlotte next year, and I just want to know what the skiing is like there. I found a bare minimum of like 6 resorts, and I noticed that 2 or 3 of those have 700+ vertical feet.

Would anybody know about the skiing in North Carolina? For example: how is the snow, how long is the season, how accessible are the resorts, are the terrain parks good? are there any slopes an expert skier would spend time on?
