I just got done watching ATL (i watched the whole thing). There are only 2 or 3 seconds in the entire film where a white person appears on screen.
I also just bought a Philadelphia hoody at a ghetto shop in a ghetto mall.
I drove a BMW the whole time i was home for spring break

I think my street cred just got boosted

i stayed in a ghetto ass apartment on the south side of chicago for a week

i sometimes dress like a crazy thug mexican with a white shirt, black shorts, and knee high socks

Nope, you can totally use that. Black people love their families. I take claim that my step dads great grandpa was abe lincoln's barber.

It would be different if he were new to the family, but I have been having thanksgiving/christmas with them since I was 7 and refer to his parents as grandpa and grandma.. so yeah.

I'm culturally half black. Minnesota Black, but still.
