Haven't heard of any on Lake Washington but that would be so sick.  I wouldn't be suprised if there were some on Lak Chelan or something.

put one anywhere in the pacnw and i'll be there. i wouldnt doubt one of the hood camps building a small version of the one in whistler just to get those who go to canadian camps just for the ramps. rhyme
