Okay, so its the end of the season in ontario, and much to my demise most resorts are going to see business come to a close this weekend. Fortunately, there are some resorts that are going to stay open for a bit longer. That brings me to the point of this thread which is that of true spring skiing. Who's stayin open, where's the best place to ride once the hills are closed? etc etc. I'm gonna kick things off by sayin that caledon is supposed to be open next weekend (mar 31 april 1), and im planning on being there, so anyone else who wants to join is more than welcome. Feel free to post any post-season sessions in here as well.
as far as I know snow valley is open the 31/1 weekend, some guys are trying to make it official "gaper day" so go dress like a gaper, cuz thats cool... I'd like to try snagging some snow from a rec center in barrie and jibbing way later, like may/june
snow valleys got the puddle jump next weekend, theyve kinda given up on the park tho they had one rail that was maybe sorta hittable and the wallride and a few slush mounds trying to be jumps, actually i had alot of fun there yesterday
i believe all the private clubs are calling it a season this weekend but i know craigleith is staying open longer for the die hards from private clubs.
haha dude you do a perfect job making me laugh in these forums.
i really mean no harm or implementing argumentation, but are you not the kid who talked shit to matt at dagmar, with tight tan/white pants, green 1080 boots, and just skied around all the features for the day?
