The reason is because they are all killed humanely. Plus they have animals like that that are raised to be killed unlike dolphins. Oh and killing dolphins is illegal... that's a big one.

cows and pigs are killed instantly, and are raised for our consuption. Dolphins are amazing animals, and they don't deserve to be reated like that.
