Toothache pain relief

I've been trying everything from ice cubes to mouthwash, anybody know any good pain relief for a toothache? I'm waiting to go to the dentist friday and the pain is fucking terrible so I need something that will help.

My dad used those. He'd put a cloth over our tooth and yank it right out.

Well it seems that it isn't a toothache, but my wisdoms are coming in. They are slanted forward and compacting all my teeth together and it fucking hurts like a bitch!! I don't know how many more aspirins I can take, mouthwash I can gargle, or abesol I can rub before I throw up. This is probably one of the most exponentially painful experiences of my life!

at some stores you can buy a sort of numbing cream and numbs the gum and that may stop it from hurting temporarily

First off:
Grow a pair and stop being a pussy.  And for the remedy, alcohol might do the trick. I would recommend Capitan Morgan's Spiced Rum mixed with Diet Coke.  75% Alc/ 25% Coke should do the trick.

Have yours even came in yet? If they haven't then you have no idea what it feels like. Mine are fucking impacted and I'm trying to tough it out but its fucking painful. I don't have any captain morgans availible but I do have mouthwash, unfortunantly I've used it so much now I have tons of sores on my tongue.

I have been rinsing my mouth with water for about 2 hours now, I've been taking aspirins, its not my jaw that hurts its my upper section so I don't think that will help, I saw the dentist this morning and he said to just get some gum cream which sucks at relieving pain.

Crushed Aspirin Can Help Deaden a Nerve
To use this treatment, take one real aspirin- not Tylenol™ or Motrin™- and crush it into a fine powder between two metal teaspoons. Then, pile the powder up and carefully place all of it directly on the affected tooth. If the tooth is damaged, try to press the aspirin into any cracks or crevices that may exist. Allow the aspirin powder to set undisturbed for twenty to thirty minutes, and you should feel relief from the pain.

Alcohol is a Homemade Treatment for Toothaches
Although drinking enough alcohol will surely kill the misery of a toothache, this remedy calls for putting alcohol directly on the tooth instead. Beer isn't strong enough. It doesn't have a high enough alcohol content. Full-strength whiskey or a comparable intoxicating beverage will do the trick. If you don't have any drinkable alcohol on hand, real vanilla extract will also work.

I tried the aspirin thing but the only thing working right now is swishing cold water in my mouth so I rinsed it all out.

I'm using 'Anbesol' right now its pretty much the same thing but it doesnt seem to be working. Mine are definantly coming out on the right side of my mouth because my teeth are smashed together like mexicans in a van trying to cross the boarder.

something like that, you spray it in your mouth and numbs wherever you spray it

depends on the person, girls usually faster than guys because they "mature" faster. this is what the dentist told me a while back because i am a triplet and have two sisters the same age and i was complaining why my teeth weren't coming out and they all had loose teeth
maybe a few weeks to fully come in

My sister is a year older than me and hers havent even started poking out yet, I guess I'm just weird. All the sites I've been looking at say they start coming in late teens early twenties which is also weird because I'm only 16.
