Well last week i went to Breck and worked on my grinds and more jumps and stuff but im having some trouble on most of them. The only thing i can grind is a box and im having trouble with the rails....i think i may be going too fast im not sure. And does anyone know how to practice some decent aerials without fucking yourself up?
For rails personally for me the faster the easier. I can barely stand on a shotgun rail without falling over, but I have no problem rolling right over it and having my skis flat on it with speed. Make sure you come on straight, and look at the end of the rail. Most of it is getting a good pop and getting on it straight, you prolly wanna start with a flat rail with a pretty easy gap that gently tosses you on it
Oh yeah... if you feel more unstable when you're grinding faster, it's prolly because you're leaning back too much. Keep your weight centered and stay on the balls of your feet. Jea...
