Have you ever been skiin along (this usually happens on powder days), hit a bump, and your freakin knees go into your damn chin and you just about break yer damn jaw? I have.....it sux.

OOOH OOOH, I have another one (NSR); Have you ever gone to the oven, picked up the hotpad with one hand then grabbed with the other unguarded hand?? I havn't.......but I've seen it done. VERY FUNNY SHIT.

Ds- I'm sure my stance isn't the problem. Not to be a dick or be high (high haha, i have 420 posts) on myself but I have pretty solid mechanics. 6 years ski instructing and 18 years skiing....I might know a little bit about stance.

it sucked...i ski'd some new trail i made in the pow...then ended up in moguls..bleeding from the mouth..went down to first aid...no one there so i chilled and fixed myself up

ya ever land on a jump and ur pole is out, i hit a jump and over shot it and my pole hit ground and my hand flung up and took my jaw out, it hurt so bad

i had my pole on the tip of my ski...and hten it dug into the ground and it shot up into my jaw and my neck kind of and i couldnt breath for like 2 minutes...and then i was short of breath the rest of the day, and it hurt forl ike a month

i got all the way to the end of a rail, went to hop off and as i was coming down my pole stuck in the snow out ahead of me and stabbed me right in the neck, dead center. i was choking and i coughed blood for a few minutes. that happenned a good three or four months ago and its still slightly sore.

i was adjusting on a tbar and my pole dug into the ground- handle went into my ballsac and it lefted me off the ground about a foot and bent my pole and it bent bot hpoles (only one was a ski poll, knowm sayin)

yeah something similar happened to me, i was skiing this powder and i planted my pole and kept going forward hit my lip on the butt of the pole and jammed one of my braces into my lip and had to get it removed

when an officer pulls you over: gee son your eyes look red, have you been drinking?
respond: gee officer your eyss look glazed have you been eating doughnuts?

last season i was probably doing around 30 mph down an open trail...i tried to hook my pole on my friends when it somehow slipped out and stuck into the ground and the rubber end got me right in the ribbs, i ended up breaking the cartalige in between my ribbs...it sucked ass and it hurt to breath

back when i first learned 3s and it was still scary to do them over gaps, i threw one a little too small, landed right on the knoll without ever seeing my landing.... i felt the ground, and as my head came around, the first thing i saw was stars. my pole stuck in the ground and i jacked myself in the face with it, hard enough to knock me off my feet, spin me almsot 360 in the opposite direction, and put my tooth through my upper lip. yeah.... those were the days.

I was skiing bumps with my pops this season and I fell asleep while skiing and hit a mound dead on and kneed myself in the face and knocked myself unconcious. Later in the run I fell asleep again and just wiped hard.


And then Trogdor smote the Kerreck, and all was laid to burnination.

Going pretty fast down a tansport-slope, i felt like sitting down on my skis to go even faster. When sitting, I accidently planted the pole in front of me, making the handle 'fly' back and hit me in the face. After that I could't feel my jaw.
