Fuck cops

undertrained cunts who either under or overreact in my opinon. i was driving back from denver into boulder, there was a merge lane, the speed limit was 45 i was doing 50 , the lane was about to end and some asshole in a saturn sL2 faggotmobile comes flying by me on the right doing at least 70. there was a car in front of me so he swerved to the right barely staying on the road and passed the car on the right. 5 seconds later i see a cop car with its lights off on the side of the road on the other side facing oncoming traffic. so i excpect him to spin around and pull the dude over but nope, he just stays there. this idiot, probably drunk could have easily killed someone but the cop doesnt even feel like running him down. everyone says the u.s would be in chaos if it was not for the police, thats bullshit. its the illusion that keeps this country at an even keel. we obviously need people to catch the rapists and murderers but if we are going to hand out guns to people they need better training, cops should be like doctors. the requirements should be years and years of college and testing. and after that only the best and brightest should be allowed to have the title of "cop" we should seriously not have hundreds of thousands of sub par citizens on power trips with guns. this is a case of quality over quantity. of course i am generalizing but i cant be specific and say so and so is good because i dont know any.

Leave them alone, they do more good than you think... Not saying i like them, some are stupid, but some are good, reasonable people who actually care about improving things. It's rediculous that we have 5 cars in a town of 2,500 people, and 2 unmarked cars too. there are so many that they have nothing better to do than make speed traps.

Do you honestly think the guy roaring past on the other side of the road with lights on even saw the guy you're talking about? Doubtful, chances are he was on his away somewhere else, to stop a murder or a kidnapping or something else.

The police force are generally over-stretched and terribly under-resourced. So why don't you sign up and help alievate the problem? fuck head.

Am I like honestly the only person who agrees with the fuji guy or whatever?

I mean honeslty we all hate on the bad cops, the ones who pull us over, write over large tickets, crash parties and whatnot. But the majority of them work their fucking asses off and often put thermselves in harms way for our protection. Its not as if they're TRYING to fuck you over, its just that noones perfect and theres nothing constructive about always bitching about the bad side of things. To the majority of you, try becoming a cop and see if you still hold the same opinion

You're a dumb peice of shit, if there wasn't police people would be robbing placing, raping people in broad daylight, and trafficking drugs like mad. In that situation, everybody would need weapons to protect themselves, and that would be insane.

And ALSO, cops dont get payed nearly as much as doctors, they can't fucking pay off their bills with the shitty wage they get. And its not like sombody walks in and says 'I wanna be a cop dude, they get guns' no, they have to go to the police academy, and no cop is like 'oh cool I get a gun, bang bang!' so you're a dumbass and should just stop talking shit about cops because the police are the most underrated people in america.

excluding the few cops who shouldn't be allowed to be cops, the majority of cops are good people who are helping to keep the country in order. you see how much shit goes on with cops, imagine how fucked up things would be without them. there must be some reason why the cop didn't see him, don't immediately assume he's a fuckbag. and i agree with the others who said you should call him in. get his plate number and call that fucker out.

my god, where do you people get the idea i want anarchy in this country? i didint say there should be no police presence all i fucking said is the cops we have now suck, go to myspace and find the group for police officers(it has like 20k members) i gurantee you can find someone on there talking about how they made a kid dance in his underwear  at 2am to get out of a ticket within the first few pages. there is so much shit like that, if you live near a big city you cant tell me you hear stories of cops doing heroic and positive things more then you hear a story about how a cop abused his/her power. my idea i put forward was that cops should be more like doctors, yea watch the show cops dont fucking tell me you want people like that holding our country together, of course they do good things its absurd for anyone to think they are 100% negative. to those of you who bitched at me, if you truely respected law and order you would want it to be better, either you know someone who is a cop or you havent had a bad expierience with one yet, there is no way any american can be happy with what there is now. and the example i posted about the cop not chasing the kid down is just one of many things i have seen wrong in person, let alone the shit that we see on tv

Direct quote from your first statement. And cops have such a hard job sometimes they break and just want to beat somebodys ass, I mean they witness alot more in their lives then 99% of americans. And if they say that they do that kind of shit they are probably joking around, policeman isnt a 24 hour job they can have a little fun. And how the hell can you say 'the cops we have now suck', if they do the slightest thing wrong they could get fired, or get sued by somebody, or do somthing wrong in a case and let a criminal go free, it's not like they fucking do it for fun. Also, it's better for a cop to be over cautious becaus he never knows if the next traffic stop could be when a pissed off kid with a bag of cocaine could be scared enough to just shoot him. And like any job, of course there is bad seeds. I don't know about you, but I wouldnt mind if every time I went to mcdonalds my hamburger looked just like the commericals, or the guy who fixes my car is nice, in a clean workshop, and does it for cheap without trying to get any more money from me.
