aight so i dont really wanna make a new thread so tell me what you guys think of a song that i have in progress, im really bad at coming up with shit so any tips would be appreciated as well
i only have a chord progression right now and i like how it sounds, but i cant really come up with anything else
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------10-----------10----------10---------10--------10--------10---------10--------10--------------------- x2
------11-----11---11----11----11---11---11---11--11---11--11----11--11---11--11----11----------------
--13------------13-----------11---------11---------9----------9----------8----------9--------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
each chord is strummed for four beats and after the third on the Am its a palmmute
Fmaj C G Am
----------0---------0----------3-----------0------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------1---------1----------3-----------1------------------------------------------------------------------------ x2
----------2---------0----------0-----------2------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------3---------2----------0-----------2---------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------0---------3----------2-----------0----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------0---------0----------3-----------0----------------------------------------------------------------------------
now i dont know what to add after this, it doesnt even sound that good as it is but whatever

learn your chords! and that wasn't a bad start, play with it and add stuff in where it feels right. don't be so rigid with it.

um, that IS a C, and the one labelled as Am IS Am.
F should be played like this (EADGBe): 133211

yeah all those chords ARE right, i dont know what your talking about, one note is out of place by accident, where did you guys learn your chords, the top line is the high e and bottom is low e, and it is an f major not f, i know what f is, if you play it with an f it sounds bad, play f major
