who can do them? I need advice. I think doing a sw cork 5 would be a solid trick to add, i accidentally did an almost switch cork 3(obviously did not land really, however didn't die at all) so i think i might have to try them. advice?
i am in the same vote as you i can spin sw stuff really good all the way up to 9 but i have never purposly tried corking sw. that would be great if someone could help us out.
And just to clarify.... when I said 'carving' I didn't mean a wide looping GS turn. Just stagger your feet and come in at an angle and that'll set you nice.
i think not popping as much to get urself straight and using the jumps lip angle would help, and leaning forward to accentuate getting off axis. does this sound reasonably right?
wouldn't throwing ur head back make it a swith rodeo something or other. i thought keeping ur head really forward and then like slipping ur feet of the lip in front of u would do it. i like almost did one but im not sure how cuz it was kind of a high ass mistake.
That's exactly what I was trying to say. haha You have to "slip your feet out" from underneath you, and once you do that you need to bring your head down too to get a legit cork. aka throwing your head back
Atleast this is what I do. Just find a nice jump and start experimenting.
it really should not be that complicated..... if you can ski switch, spin switch, cork regular. then im sure you can do it. do the same thing you would do going forward, to help stand up (or on a trampoline) look over your shoulder and dip and throw the arms. i do it all the time.
