I need skis, and thanks to the cheap prices of backcountry outlet, I can get them.
Here my are my choices and why. Im looking for suggestions or possible other places where I could get good skis for less.
06/07 Dynastar Trouble Makers- They seem like a super sick, solid park ski that have new reinforced edges that would make park skiing uber nice and fun, and consistantly good. Only problem is they have a 78 mm waist and that would leave me down in the dumps on those accassional western trips.
06/07 fujatives- I've used fujatives for the last three years, they are good skis and hold up nicely but I'm kind of looking for a change. They also loose their camber and become sometimes too noodly, but usually a super nice super consistant ski.
06/07 Teighty Foils- Starting to stretch my budget but I might go for it. I've never ridden solomons before but I heard they are good skis. I'm guessing that this is a park ski, thats a little fat and flexy, and I think it would be fun for my east park lifestyle, but not sure.
Im also thinking about something a little more stiff, like public enemies, silencers, or chronics, but I think they may be a little too rigid for my park rat skiing on the east coast and rare out west trip. I was thinking invaders but I've heard that they fall to shit easily.
