the RIAA is at it again! last time they were sueing the elderly, single mothers and young people for trading music online (even though some didnt even have computers). now they're putting the chokehold on internet radio! why? because they want more money! they've now asked the CRB to jack up the royalty rates, and without a question the CRB just gave it to them.
this means your favorite internet radio stations are in danger of having to shut down because of the ridiculous royalty prices they now are going to have to pay. this would be sites like pandora and lastFM.
now don't get me wrong. i'm all for getting your music legaly, but when you can listen to the normal radio for FREE (AND RECORD OFF OF THE RADIO), why then take action against internet radio execpt for some bogus excuse to make more money?
