i climb a lot in the summer for support muscles, hamstrings,etc... and everyone whos gonna be jumping benefits from good ol' squats and wall sits. yoga

i dont shave my balls all summer to form a cacoon like shell around them. really helps prevent catastrophic pelvic injuries.

psych. but i do go to the gym when I'm bored and just do regular leg press, squats, and mtn. bike and shit in the summer.

Squats bench and rows. + push ups, sit ups, chin ups, lots of ups. then biking and runing + playing lacosse.

Fitness really affects how well I ski. Running is good so you can stay on the hill longer and builds up muscles around your knees and hips and is free. Sit-ups and back-ups for core strength.
I find the leg press at the gym the best skiing weight training it strengthens your thigh, ass and lower back which is perfect for absorbing landings.
