Alright, here's the schpeel: I want to buy a snowboard but I know nothing about it. I'm decent, and I want a good freestyle board that I'm not going to progress out of. I'm 6'4" 185 lbs, and i'm a size 12/13 shoe so I need a wide board. Thanks a lot in advance.
i would say really dont buy a used board.... chances are it has been thrashed to hell and will break in about 3 days of hard riding, your not going to be able to find a decent board for 200 dollars in your size though, i would say look around this time of year for mega deals, before you buy a board buy your boots and bindings so you can check to see if you will get toe drag on the board.
to your question i would say a rome or capita, i ride a sapient and love it but i dont know to much about their other boards
yeah, finding a nice board for $200 will be hard unless you can get hooked up or something.
I recommend the Option Supercharger, it comes in 160, 165, and 170... also the Endeavor BOD is good but it might not be wide enough.
Also check out different online shops and end-of-season sales if you don't want to spend too much.
