try it dude. you get owned on the groomers, and you might not be able to ski trees, youll prolly only be able to ski suuuper thick powder with a medium steep fall line in a wide open space. you might rip out your bindings and ruin em too cuz snowboards dont have a thick base but it would be funny to try. get it on cam too

also get the thinest (across) you can because its much easier to do a split once you get off balance

also try water skis, and mod them a bit to make them slicker cuz there real fat.

water skis would be sick and no edge hold so everything would be a crazy orbit unless it was powder ya but the ARG's are basicly the same demensions basicly as a water ski but w/ a edge ya that be cool to i just like to play around w/ shit

strap those saucer sleds to your feet. neon orange at that. that would be badass in the park. Remember that jackass where the guy takes the surfboard onto the mountain and does grabs and shit off side lips. fucking sweet. and if they added edges to the surfboard, you could get a shit load of speed and distance for pond skiming.

they could possibly be uncomfortably wide, like muscle pulling material. but i would love to see it.

shane McConkey already did it... Watch focused. If you're going to try that, make sure it's some thrifty and soft snowboards you use, it won't make a difference anyways because it will suck.

You could offset mount them more towards the inside edge. The peeps over at Odyssey skis do that on their Orges. But deff get the narrowest boards you can find and get ready for a wide ass stance. As for the brakes, I recommend leashes otherwise some patrol may get pissed.

apparently the pressure on the edges is pretty big so you pop out odf the bindings real easy on groomers, but in pow theyre supposedly cool. i researched this on tgr earlier thsi year.

We had a show oin tv about freeskiing and a dude mounted some bindings onto two burton snowboards. He had a quick run through the park and did a few hits and the handled pretty well but were absolutetly shite on the jumps.
