ok, mr smartass...dont need to be so angry at the kid, he was just expressing an opinion. but as for me i 100% agree with him. its a PHONE, not a computer. internet, music, email; those are all unnessesary luxuries, and unusfully expensive. he did say that you may need them as a buisness man, but plain and simple nobody under the age of 20 or so would have any productive use for these features. thats what laptops are for, mobile internet and data storage, you dont need that on a phone.
and not all expensive phones come with all those useless features. there are expensive ones which come with only one or two useless features. like the razr for instance. my friend got a gold dolce and gabana razr free from a comp or something, and then he dropped it in a bowl of salsa (he thought it was a chip) and he bought a brand new one to replace it, $400!!! why would you ever do something like that??? thats my question. its spending absurd amounts of money on superfluous details and features that dont need to be part of a phone.
as for me i have a motorola that i got for free as part of my plan (free phone upgrade every 2 years). i got it a year ago, and it has a camera and can play music as its extra features. HOWEVER, i have used the camera ONCE since i got the phone, and it was for a physics lab a few months ago, and i have only tried out the music thing to see if it worked, but never used it, because i have an ipod, which has much better quality and storage space. i have those extra features, and i dont use them because i have a camera and an ipod, so they are useless.
case and point...expensive phones are the epitome of being materialistic and useless.
(sorry that was so long)
