I'd probabbly do it after reading that link. I eat a lot of nasty things just cause they are good for me. Green tea, fucking nasty ass stuf but I drink it everday
Raw eggs, really won't benefit you as much as cooking them. Egg whites are the most absorbable proteins to the human body, but like i said they are really only beneficial when cooked. Also you won't vomit, or catch salmanilla
It started with the show fear factor when they had them eat some raw ostrich eggs or something. My dad bet me I couldn't eat a raw egg. Needless to say, I took it down pretty well.
