Constipation

anybody else here been constipated before and wants to share their experinces. i havent pooped in like a week so i chugges some magenisum nitrate or something like that, im no stranger to huge poops, but i heard the first big one that is blocking my anal passage is gonna be painful...any tips on preperation before the big moment would be helpful. thanks
