Where to mount bindings?

i need to know where to moun them... 3 cm from center or 2 .. im not sure i need help, tell me what you think is the best. also im 5 foot, how long should my next pair of skis be?

i would take in the 150's or atl 140~ range and centre mount the bindings at a pro shop
