My buddy just got his liscense About a month ago and was caught going 98 in a 25 Residential neighborhood. He was under the influence and i dunno how screwed he is? Oh and this thread isnt making fun of the other one.

holy shit, loss of liciense reguardless but if hes over 18 i could see jail time, my buddy went to jail for a month for doing 120 in a 60 cause he doubled the speed limt, but that was down in virgina

count on charges of reckless endangerment, loss of his license, fine's, dui/dwi charges, he's royally fucked, if he's over 18 he could see jail time, but even if he's younger then he can probably spend some time in juvi.

Years loss of license, 24 hours of community service, 24 hours drug/alcohol classes, over 500 in fines, possible daily breathalizers or random drug tests depending on what they were able to prove he was under the influence of and perhaps the worst: minimum of a year probation, oh yea depending on if he takes a plea bargain or not probably 3-4 days in jail.

in pa you get 6 months for an underage and 6 pts for 26 mph over but he was DUI and more than 26 if i can remember

hmmm, well I couldnt tell you the standard procedures for 73 over and dui, but its safe to say he is fucked, and once he can drive again, which probly wont be for a long time, his insurance will be through the roof, your friend is really dumb

HE CAN EITHER PAY A FINE I FORGET HOW MUCH IT IS IF YOU PM ILL FIND OUT OR HE WILL LOSE HIS LICENCE FOR A YEAR. ITS NOT THAT BAD I DONT THINK FOR WHAT HE GOT CAUGHT FOR.

it sorta depends on the state but i'd say a nice big fine, suspension of drivers license, and when the suspension is over, he's gonna have to retake everything to get his license

dude you're fucking retarded thers no way he's gonna get off just paying a fine. He got a DUI AND was going almost 4 times the speed limit. Thats a felony, you don't get off felonies with a fine.
