Dislocated wrist

just recently had surgery on a lunate dislocation of my wrist. its a rare injury, and a bad one....the doctor tells me i may only get back 50% of my movement..AND ITS MY RIGHT HAND WTF! got a couple screws in right now holdin it in place. if anyone else has ever tore ligaments in their wrist and had surgery please let me know how you made out later down the road with this...thnx
