Replying to Decline of skiing

Why do all freeskiers look like snowboarders, i can see that kids are trying to have nice steeze but at some point it crosses the line. The last time i went skiing there was a kid dressed in all flannel with a pick bandana across his face, he could do rails ok but couldn't clear a jump he would land 4 feet before the knuckle. Witch leads me to believe that rail skiing has fucked the sport of skiing; any douchebag can slide a rail now so they think there hot shit and will dress like a retard snowboarder...... I guess the point I’m trying to get across is be more concerned with your skills than if you look “cool”
