Deerskin Leather Work Gloves - $20 shipped
These things are the most durable glove EVER. Palms have been snowsealed for waterproof. Super warm. I have another pair that fits better, so these are on the selling block. This pair has only been used twice, so it is still pretty new. This glove will mold to your hand after about 15-20 days.

This thing is a standard backpack with attachments for a skateboard. It might fit a snowboard in a pinch. For the photographers out there, I used this pack for carrying light photo gear and it was perfect for that.

This is a perfect no frills BC pack. Carries skis on the side in an A frame, and can carry a snowboard. Hydration opening near the shoulder. Carries about 2500ci of stuff. Also a good summer climbing/hiking pack.
