Replying to Toe piece problems!!

well i just got new salomon s810 ti's and a ski shop mounted them and such yada yada..and if i kick the tail of my ski on the ground kinda hard my boot will come out of the toe piece. i have the same kind of bindings (different year) on my other skis and they dont do it, do i know its not the boots, and i had people at my ski shop tightedn the wings, and raise the pice under the toe a little, still nothing.. do you think i have a defective pair or what?
