steamboat for 350 million

they sold or are selling killy right now and to the kid above they dont own steamboat anymore they have sold everything except sundayriver sugarloaf and the canyons

good chance will sell sugarloaf & sunday river this spring/summer
all asc needs is canyons.

they have to sell the loaf and the river together, can't have a monopoly since they are the only major resorts in maine. already sealed the deal on attitash, killington, pico, and mt snow.
