ic. well if i had the money i would definitely get the dumonts. i got the silencers because they were cheap and i just wanted to get twin tips so i could work on skiing backwards and stuff. i just started freestyle skiing.
if you are just starting silencers will be perfect for you, they are a good all mountain twin
dumonts are pretty much a 100% park ski, you sound like someone who won't be spending all of their time in the park so a more all mountain oriented ski like the silencers will be better for you.
yeah if you can call skiing in ohio mountain skiing. ohio is like the worst place to ski. don't ski here if you have the opportunity. anyway i spend some time in the park. i'm working on hitting jumpst and getting comfortable in the air so i can throw tricks.
You made a good choice man. Yes they are a price point ski but I'm guessing you wont be really hard on them your first year on twins so they should hold up fine. Should be about the closest thing to the non twins your proly used to.
my only complaint with them is that they scratch really easy. i already have like two scratches on them that go to the core and i've only had them for 2 weeks.
