im looking to get some new skis im 6' 1" 165 lbs and i ski 85% park and 15% all mountain (pow when it comes, groomers etc.) i also like to butter around and that kind of stuff. idk which skis would be best im thinking AR6, scratch fs wrs, or the dumonts. which ones would be best?
id go with the dumonts..they kill it in the park ..and all mountain i got mine center mounted and i never had a problem with em even on pow days.....and it just so happens i got a pair for sale really cheap with axial 120s pm me if ur interested
u deff should get around a 180 so its between the AR6 and Scratch FS...I think the AR6 would be best for u there a medium flex, and they have thick edges. The scratch is sweet to but i think u might find dem too soft or destroy the edges
i have last years Ar5 in 181 center mounted with p12s if you want them...but you probably want new skis. I just got the scratch fs wrs and they are the one of the best park skis ive ridden. they are supper poppy and soo light i have fks155s on them and they are still lighter than my ar5s which are light to begin with. they arent noodles so they hold their own out of the park tooand they are bomber
so whats the difference between the dumonts and the ar6's i know the dumonts are stiffer but how much stiffer cause i like butters and that kind of stuff.
I got Fujatives and mounted them core center and I love them. I'm sure there are better options but they were cheap and they are a fun ski. AR6's seem like a good ski for you though.
